Technology Design

Mrs Beardshaw hurt her back so couldn't carry her laptop, handbag, lunchbox, drink bottle to and from her car. The children of Room 4 designed something to help her out.

First we drew them, then we described them, then we shared our designs with the class, then we made modifications, then we had a go at making a model of our drawings and finally we evaluated our designs.

IPADS in Room 4

Room 4 now has 8 IPADS to use in our classroom to help with our learning. We are learning to use an app called Book Creator to write stories.

Reading Time in Room 4

At reading time we follow a tumble. We have different activities we do some with the teacher, some with a partner and some on our own. This week we have been focusing on the 'sm' sound. We have been learning how to retell the story in our own words using lots of detail.

Cross Country Running

What a race! On Thursday 8th May the whole school participated in our Good Shepherd School Cross Country. Check out the photos of some of our Room 4 fantastic runners.

St Joseph's Day Fun

On Wednesday 19th March the whole school came together to celebrate St Josephs Day. Room 6 led us in a liturgy. Then we had a picnic lunch and spent the afternoon participating in fun games.
